The exam is a common experience that students encounter in their academic careers. An exam is necessary to test the ability of students in their careers. Exam gives us success, but exams also manifest stress, anxiety, and nervousness. So, we not only have to prepare of syllabus but also, we have to manage all these problems. All students encounter these problems. Some level of stress is also good, but excessive stress can lower our performance.

To manage exam stress, it is important to implement practical strategies.
Here are some strategies that can help.
Establish a Study Schedule: Creating a detailed study plan that includes all subjects and a proper distribution of time to every subject. It can help student to focus on every subject and proper coverage of whole syllabus within time limit. This can reduce last minute anxiety of revising syllabus.
Practice Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques: Practicing the techniques like deep breathing, meditation and yoga into daily routines can reduce stress level significantly. These practices provide relaxation and enhance productivity in studies. Gives us mental clarity and improve study quality.
Engage in Regular Physical Activity: Exercise is a proven strategy to reduce stress and anxiety. Students should follow at least one sport activity to remain focus and to reduce stress. Physical activities release some useful hormones and enhance our mood and increases productivity. Walking and running can clear the mind from negativity and boost energy.
