When we think about meditation, a traditional image comes to mind, and it is that we are sitting in a particular position, our eyes are closed, and we are thoughtless. But there can be several other ways also from which we can meditate. Writing is one way among them. I personally think that writing an article or poem gives us satisfaction and mindfulness. That same comes through meditation also. Not only writing but also other hobbies give you mindfulness. But here we are focusing on writing. Expressing through writing is the best way to keep our thoughts in front of people in a clear way. Writers have a special ability to put their feelings in front of readers. Not only articles but also poems are the best way to express our feelings in a rhythmic way. While speaking in front of the audience, there is a chance to forget about something that we want to say, but in the case of writing, this does not happen. Writers have a lot of time to think and express their thoughts on paper.
When we think about writing, knowledge is primarily circulated by writing from the past many years. Books are the basis of any knowledge, and it is a source of knowledge.
Many people reserve some time to meditate. They gain tremendous mindfulness from it. But we can also meditate through writing. The primary goal of meditation is mindfulness and increasing awareness. Writing gives this mindfulness to writers. Writing also increases awareness about a particular topic in the writer’s mind. Some people never do meditation, they adopt any particular hobby and practice it daily and they get happiness and increase awareness about themselves.
“Our work is our Worship.”
The above quote has a deep meaning associated with it. By doing worship, we can meditate ourselves in front of God. It is also a form of meditation. Writing is also a worship for many people.
