Everyone’s dream is to have enormous success. According to it, they try to set big goals around them. However, in this race, they forget that small steps lead to great destinations. When we want big transformations in life, instead of aiming for big wins, we should focus on achieving small wins. The reality of the young minds in our society is that they want overnight success or fast success. But the fact is that we have to invest our time to shape our lives. If you invest a short time in building success, then you get short-term results. Always remember that the time you invested in achieving success makes you attached to that goal, and the universe returns you a reward according to it. And every goal has a specific time limit to complete it. Micro victories make you eligible for the big one. Small wins develop our identity, and because of the development of identity, our belief system towards goals, during preparation, till achievement becomes strong.
The Invisible Momentum:
Small wins set a particular unstoppable momentum in our preparations. This strategy makes our psychology flexible. This psychological aspect makes our confidence strong. Micro success develops what should be our attitude during working out these things? It also develops self-trust in our every action. Because of this, we try to take bold actions in the journey of success. It also opens the way to new opportunities. And new dimensions of goals start to come into our lives. Our Brain treats small wins as a motivation for the next opportunity or goal.
Tiny Wins and Massive Identity Shifts:
Directly or indirectly, tiny wins shape our identity. Tiny wins build a habit of constant or recurring preparation. This strategy of small wins develops our personality wiser. After this, our identity shifts to a better level. Every win rewires your self-definition.
Goal-Chasing vs. Value-Living:
Goal-Chasing: The focus of goal chasing is to reach a specific target. In this criterion, we have external motivation, like outcomes and getting recognition. In this, we have either the happiness of achievement or the sadness of failure. The key question arises in our minds while goal chasing: Shall I win? Or shall I hit the target? In this category, the success or failure of goals determines our identity.
Value-Living: The focus of value living criteria is aligning everyday actions with deeper beliefs. In this criterion, we have internal motivation, which is meaningful. In this, we get steady satisfaction by living every moment intentionally. The fundamental questions that will arise in this situation are, that Will I be honest with myself?” or “Will I act with purpose?” In this, our identity grows with freedom and is aligned with our choices.
