In daily life, we face both positive as well as negative thoughts. If the frequency of positive thoughts is higher than the negative ones, then we consider it good, and if the negative thoughts have a high frequency, then it is considered to be bad. Negative thoughts have bad vibes in them and lead to our destruction. Hence, we have to be very specific while thinking. Negative thoughts are hostile to our minds, and they divert us from the right path. Hence, we have to develop a positive mindset in our lives. Positive thoughts generate a pathway that gives us supreme energy while thinking about them. It connects us to the higher energy components in this universe. Many people say that the person who thinks positively attracts positivity towards them in many ways. It is the rule of the universe that “What we give, we receive the same.”

The above phrase is too important. As we read in the Bhagvad Geeta, Lord Krishna also said the same. When we think of any thought, two sides of the same thought arise, one is positive and another is negative. Some people focus on positive thoughts, while some focus on the negative. Negative thoughts decrease the energy of the mind. And make up my mind, ill. This could harm both our physical and mental health. Hence, we have to think before we think of any thought.

Hence, to avoid negative thoughts, our culture developed meditation techniques. Meditation increases our energy and state of mind. To live life happily, we have to be very clear about our mindset. This positive mindset can be developed through meditation, talking with a positive person, worshiping God, reading books, and watching the right type of content.
